Quick and Easy Hairstyles for Spring

This spring messy bun up-do's are in. Even though theses styles seem like they would be challenging to accomplish, they are actually some of the easiest ways to style your hair. Buns are great for every occasion, everything from every day wear to special occasions.

Supplies:

Brush

Teasing comb

Bobby pins

Ponytail holder

Headband

Directions:

 1. Brush out all your hair, making sure there are no knots or tangles.

 2. Pull your hair straight back into a ponytail, making sure there is no separation where your part normally is.

 3. Secure the ponytail by wrapping it around three to four times.

 4. Now put your head band in towards the front of your head and take the teasing comb and loosen hair in front of headband and ponytail. This gives your hair some extra volume.

5. Take a one to two inch section of your ponytail and tease it toward the top towards the ponytail holder.

 6. Then flip the section up and over, creating a roll type look and secure it in place with one to two bobby pins. It is okay if not all of your hair is completely in the roll, pieces sticking out will give it a more messy look. But if you don’t like that you can always secure them down with bobby pins or hairspray.

7. Keep taking sections and repeating steps 5 and 6 until you have rolled all of your hair into a bun.

8. Make sure that all sections are secured tightly with bobby pins.
